One of our own community's children is fighting leukemia right now. Briar Prince is a local boy battling this disease, and Myrtle Beach Bowl is proud to stand behind him and his family every step of the way. Together, we bowl. Together, we fight.

At Myrtle Beach Bowl, community isn't just a word — it's who we are. When we learned that Briar Prince, a young member of our local community, was diagnosed with leukemia, we knew we had to do something. We've committed to raising awareness and doing our part to support Briar and his family as they navigate one of the hardest battles a family can face.

Every game bowled, every event attended, and every donation made is a way for our community to show up for one of their own.

What Is Leukemia?

Leukemia is a type of cancer that begins in the blood and bone marrow. It occurs when abnormal white blood cells grow uncontrollably, disrupting the production of healthy blood cells.

As a result, the body may experience reduced oxygen transport, weakened immunity, and a higher risk of bleeding. Early detection is critical — knowing the symptoms can save lives.
